Peer Review Process
The action editor will seek peer reviewers’ feedback before considering your submission for publication. We seek to have 2 reviewers to evaluate each submission, and the typical reviewing time is 14 days. The reviewers are usually chosen from either the Editorial Board, or the Reviewers Panel.
Authors are welcome to suggest suitable independent referees when they submit their manuscript, but these suggestions may not be used by RAP. Authors may also request that RAP excludes a few (usually not more than two) individuals or laboratories. RAP sympathetically considers such exclusion requests and usually honours them, but the decision of the Editorial Board Member on the choice of referees is final.
Publication Frequency
We publish four issues each year (quarterly).
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
